How do I unsubscribe?

If you want to unsubscribe from Coursiv, please refer to the instructions below:

• Subscribed from within the Android app?
• Subscribed from within the App Store?

1. Log in to your Coursiv account. (Need help? Read this article)
2. Go to Coursiv Profile and click the Settings icon (top right corner)
3. Select Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions.

Subscribed from within the Android app?

Please follow these instructions:

1. Please open the Play Store App
2. Tap on the icon in the top right corner
3. Tap on the Payments and Subscriptions option
4. Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the app icon.

Subscribed from within the App Store?

1. Please go to the iPhone's Settings ⚙️
2. Tap on Your name at the top of the screen
3. Select Subscriptions from the list 
4. Find subscription options related to the Coursiv app
5. Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button

Note: If you subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store, follow the same instructions: Coursiv Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

IMPORTANT❗️: You will be redirected to the web app page, where you need to log in and cancel your subscription in Settings.

After Cancellation:

You will receive a confirmation email or a message on the screen. You can still access the platform until the end of your subscription period.
