Collection of Personal Data

To provide our services, we collect essential information such as your age, gender, email address, and financial details during onboarding. We also collect device data like IP address, language settings, and device type to enhance your experience and measure ads.

We partner with third-party services like Amazon Web Services, Facebook, Google, and others to store and process some of your data, enabling us to improve our services and deliver more relevant ads.

How to remove my account and delete personal data?

At Coursiv, we respect your right to privacy and data protection. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to exercise this right, please follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Coursiv app.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Tap on the "Delete My Data" button.
4. Enter the code "GOODBYE" to confirm your account deletion.

After completing these steps, you will be automatically logged out of your account.

If you cannot find the "Delete My Data" option in the app, you can simply contact us at privacy@coursiv.io. Your request will be handled by our Data Protection Officer. Please be sure to include the email address associated with your account in your message.

How to unsubscribe from the mailing list?

If you no longer wish to receive special offers, newsletters, or promotional emails from us, you can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list. To do so, simply scroll down to the bottom of the most recent email you received and tap on the "Unsubscribe" button.
