What is your refund policy?

Coursiv offers refunds in line with our terms and applicable laws. For digital content, refunds are generally not available once the service is fully delivered.


EU Residents:
You can withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days from the initial purchase date. Once 14 days passed, this right no longer applies. 


Money-back Guarantee (Website Subscriptions Only):
If you purchased a subscription with a money-back guarantee, you may qualify for a refund if you meet the usage requirements:

  • 1-week plan: Used the app ≥3 days, completed ≥2 guides or 70% of modules

  • 4-week plan: Used the app ≥7 days, completed ≥4 guides or 80% of modules

  • 12-week plan: Used the app ≥10 days, completed ≥4 guides or 80% of modules

Provide screenshots showing your progress. Check your plan in Profile → Subscription Settings.

Contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@coursiv.io. We’ll review your request and notify you by email.


Note:
The money-back guarantee only applies if all conditions are met. Personal dissatisfaction or billing concerns without meeting the usage criteria are not covered. You can cancel your subscription at any time without a refund.
