For digital services, the right of withdrawal is generally lost once the service is considered fully delivered, as digital content is deemed provided upon purchase confirmation.
EU Residents:
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content within fourteen (14) days from the date the agreement was concluded, without charge and without providing any reason. However, this right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent, and you acknowledge that by doing so, you forfeit your right of withdrawal. Outside the EU, refunds are generally not available, except under specific legal circumstances.
Money-back Guarantee:
If you purchased a subscription directly through our website and were offered the "Money-back guarantee" during checkout, you are eligible for a voluntary refund under the following conditions:
- 1-week plan: Used the app for more than 3 consecutive days, completing at least 2 guides or 70% of available modules.
- 4-week plan: Used the app for more than 7 consecutive days, completing at least 4 guides or 80% of available modules.
- 12-week plan: Used the app for more than 10 consecutive days, completing at least 4 guides or 80% of available modules.
Please provide screenshots demonstrating your progress in the app. You can check your active plan in the Subscription settings in your profile.
If you qualify, contact us within 30 days from your purchase at support@coursiv.io. After reviewing your application, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
Important Statement:
The Money-back guarantee only applies if all conditions are met. It does not cover cases based on personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product) or financial reasons (e.g., unexpected charges or automatic renewal). You can still cancel your subscription without a refund by contacting us at support@coursiv.io.
