Why is the app locked?

Our business operates on a subscription basis, which means that a buyer purchases an introductory offer and, upon the end of the trial period, is billed the regular subscription amount. After the introductory offer, access to the platform will be locked if the subscription is not automatically renewed.


If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our websites:


    1.    Open our app and log in using your credentials.

    2.    Go to Profile → Subscription (under Settings).

    3.    Follow the prompts to renew.


If you are subscribed through the AppStore:


    1.    Go to the iPhone’s Settings

    2.    Tap on Your name and choose Subscriptions

    3.    Tap the subscription options related to the Coursiv app

    4.    Tap on the Renew button


If you are subscribed through Google Play:


    1.    Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

    2.    Tap on your Profile icon in the top right corner.

    3.    Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.

    4.    Find the Coursiv app in the list of subscriptions.

    5.    Tap Renew and follow the on-screen prompts to reactivate your subscription.
